The hosting and care plan is $99 a month and covers hosting, backups, and technical and customer support. The website build is a separate, one-time price, so you always know which is which.
What the plan covers
Your site is served from a global network with an SSL certificate, so it loads quickly and shows the padlock in the browser. We monitor uptime, keep backups and run performance check-ins.
Monthly content updates are included: new hours, a changed price, a swapped photo. Send the change and we handle it.
A support desk with ticket numbers
Need something? Open a ticket on the support page and you get a ticket number right away. We review it and reply by email or phone within one business day, Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Quote the number in any follow-up and nothing gets lost.
If your site is down or broken for customers, mark the ticket urgent.
You still own everything
Hosting with us doesn't change who owns the site. Your domain, your content and your code are yours.

How do I request a change to my website?
Open a support ticket. You get a ticket number immediately and a reply within one business day.
What happens if my website goes down?
We monitor uptime, so we often know before you do. You can also open a ticket marked urgent or call the office.
